Double-layer water-absorbing moisture-conducting non-woven fabric and preparation method thereof

The project provides a double-layer water-absorbing moisture-conducting non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof, which include an inner layer having a hygroscopic property compounded by a hot-rolling compound method and an outer layer that leads to moisture absorbed in the inner layer.

The inner layer is prepared from components mainly including the following weight distribution ratios: natural vegetable fiber 10-50 parts, polypropylene resin pellets 45-80 parts, compatibilizer 1-6 parts, antioxidants 0.5-3 parts and added Tough filler 2 to 10 parts, outer layer fiber specification is 0.6 to 0.8 denier, and polypropylene fine denier short fiber nonwoven fabric prepared from polypropylene resin pellets.

The double-layer water-absorbing moisture-conducting nonwoven fabric provided by this achievement has the characteristics of light weight, degradability, high absorption rate and good moisture conductivity.
