Polypropylene resin is the main raw material for production, with a specific gravity of only 0.91, which is lighter than polyester and nylon. The same base weight is thicker and has a bulkiness.

It consists of fine fiber (2-3D) light-point hot melt bonding. The finished product is soft and comfortable.

Water and breathable

PP resin does not absorb water and has zero water content, and the product has good water repellency, and is composed of 100% fiber. It has porosity, and the product has good gas permeability, and it is easy to keep the cloth surface dry.

Non-toxic, non-irritating

It adopts FDA-compliant food-grade raw material production and is formed by thermal bonding. The product contains no other chemical components, is non-toxic, has no odor and does not irritate human skin.

Anti-chemical agent

PP resin is a chemically inactive substance with good chemical attack resistance and the quality is not affected by erosion.

Antibacterial

The product is water-repellent, non-mold and can isolate the bacteria and insects in the liquid.

Good physical properties

The high-speed air turbulence entangles the fibers into a cotton mesh, and then is reinforced by thermal bonding. The strength of the product is better than that of the general staple fiber products, the strength is non-directional, and the longitudinal and transverse strengths are similar.

Easy processing

PP resin is a thermoformable resin with good strength. In addition to general needle processing, it can also be processed by high frequency hot melt stitching. Because the melting point of PP is only 165 degrees Celsius, it is easy to shrink by heat, and the processing temperature is no more than 120 degrees Celsius.
