Double-layer water-absorbing moisture-proof non-woven fabric and preparation method thereof

The project provides a double-layer water-absorbing moisture-conducting non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof, which comprise an inner layer having hygroscopic property compounded by a hot rolling composite method and an outer layer which leads to moisture adsorbed in the inner layer.

The inner layer is prepared from components mainly comprising the following weight distribution ratios: 10 to 50 parts of natural plant fibers, 45 to 80 parts of polypropylene resin pellets, 1 to 6 parts of compatibilizer, 0.5 to 3 parts of antioxidants, and 2 to 10 parts of tough filler, polypropylene fiber fine-fiber non-woven fabric prepared from polypropylene resin pellets with a fiber size of 0.6 to 0.8 denier.

The double-layer water-absorbing moisture-conducting non-woven fabric provided by the result has the characteristics of light weight, degradability, high absorption rate and good moisture permeability.
