Polypropylene resin is the main raw material for production, with a specific gravity of only 0.91, which is lighter than that of polyester and nylon. Heavy products of the same basis are thicker and fluffy.

Composed of fine fibers (2-3D) light spot hot melt bonding molding. The finished product is moderately soft and comfortable.

Water repellent

PP resin has no water absorption and zero water content. The product has good water repellency and is composed of 100% fiber. It is porous and has good air permeability. It is easy to keep the cloth dry.

Non-toxic and non-irritating

It is produced using FDA food-grade raw materials and molded by thermal bonding. The products do not contain other chemical ingredients, are non-toxic, non-odorous, and do not irritate human skin.

Anti-chemical agent

PP resin is a passive material with chemical composition and has good resistance to chemical erosion. The quality of the product is not affected by erosion.

Antibacterial

The product is water repellent, not moldy, and can isolate the erosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid.

Good physical properties

The high-speed air turbulence entangles the fibers into a cotton web, which is then reinforced by thermal bonding. The strength of the product is better than that of ordinary short-fiber products. The strength is non-directional, and the vertical and horizontal strengths are similar.

Easy to process

PP resin is a thermoplastic resin with good strength. In addition to general sewing, it can also be processed by high-frequency hot-melt stitching. Because the melting point of PP is only 165 degrees Celsius, it is easy to shrink when heated, and the processing temperature should not exceed 120 degrees Celsius.
